About the Company:
Our client is a growing company in the veterinary medical device space, helping veterinary practices through products such as infusion pumps, ports, and administration sets. The company serves customers ranging from small animal practices to equine care. They are expanding their team as they continue to grow following a private equity acquisition in April 2026.
About the Role:
We’re looking for an Accounting / Customer Success professional who can support core accounting operations while also helping with customer and supplier communication. You’ll handle invoicing, purchase order entry, and related accounting tasks, while collaborating closely with Matthew and another team member currently handling some of these responsibilities. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable communicating in English with customers and suppliers.
You Will:
Manage invoicing and purchase order entry
Support bookkeeping and accounting-related administrative tasks
Work in QuickBooks Desktop or similar ERP systems
Communicate with customers regarding invoices, questions, and order-related issues
Communicate with suppliers as needed
Help support accounting workflows as responsibilities transition from another team member
Grow into broader responsibilities across accounting or customer success based on performance
About You:
Your Background:
1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Experience using QuickBooks or a similar ERP system such as Sage
Understanding of invoicing workflows and general accounting processes
Ability to understand the context behind accounting entries, not just perform data entry
Strong English communication skills, with comfort speaking and writing in an English-speaking work environment
Availability to work with overlap in Mountain Time or Central Time
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information
Comfortable working in a small team and collaborating closely with others
Proactive, adaptable, and able to take on broader responsibilities over time
Nice to Have:
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or other inventory-based businesses
Understanding of how inventory moves through accounting systems
Customer-facing experience in addition to accounting experience
Interest in growing into either accounting or customer success responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: $1,800 - $2,500 USD/month
