Our client is building the leading financial structure and visibility firm for Home Health and Hospice providers in the United States. The firm is not positioned as a generic CPA practice or compliance vendor. Its role is to help healthcare organizations identify where revenue flow, financial visibility, and cash performance are being weakened by structural breakdowns across billing, accounting, reporting, and tax, and to build the coordinated system to fix them.
The Content & Communications Specialist will help build Walters into the most recognized and trusted CPA authority in Home Health and Hospice. This person will turn subject matter expertise from the Managing Partner and internal team into a consistent, high-quality content engine across LinkedIn, email, website articles, and Monthly Intelligence Briefings. This role is responsible not only for writing, but also for editorial judgment, repurposing, publishing discipline, and brand voice consistency across all channels. Additionally, you will support internal teams by creating marketing assets, sales tools, customer service materials, and promotional content as needed.
• Produce and manage LinkedIn content at scale for the Walters company page
• Write email content, including insight-driven emails and conversion-driven emails
• Write website articles aligned with Walters positioning and keyword priorities
• Produce Monthly Intelligence Briefings for Financial Projection clients
• Create marketing assets, sales tools, and customer service materials that support internal teams
• Run the monthly content production process built around a recorded interview with the Managing Partner
• Support webinar planning, moderation, and post-event repurposing once the authority platform reaches that stage
Own the editorial calendar and publishing rhythm for LinkedIn. Initial expectation is to support the move from interim cadence to a steady 4 to 5 posts per week once the role is in place. Content types include symptom led insight, anonymized case patterns, sector commentary, and practical guidance. Monitor LinkedIn analytics (impressions, engagement rate, follower growth) and adjust content based on performance data.
Write and coordinate email sequences and one off emails for the database, including insight emails, conversion driven emails, and follow up content tied to different conversion paths. Content should align with the Communication Guide and channel logic defined in the marketing system. Track email performance metrics (open rate, click rate) and iterate based on results.
Write SEO aligned website articles that reinforce Walters market position and gradually replace lower-value legacy content. Topics should support authority building in Home Health and Hospice. Articles should be commercially useful, not generic explainers.
Create Intelligence Briefings and related materials that maintain Walters presence with pre-Day 1 Financial Projection clients during the waiting period before engagement launch.
Create marketing assets that support sales conversations, customer service materials (FAQs, onboarding guides, technical documentation), promotional materials for new service launches, and internal communication pieces. Work with service line leads and sales teams to understand their content needs and deliver materials that support their work.
Turn one monthly recorded interview with the Managing Partner into a complete content package, including 4 to 5 LinkedIn posts, 2 to 3 email sequences, one long-form website article, and one Monthly Intelligence Briefing. Use AI as a production multiplier for drafting and repurposing, while maintaining strong editorial judgment on quality, relevance, and brand voice.
Help prepare quarterly webinars once LinkedIn consistency is established. This includes topic shaping, structure, promotional copy, moderation support, and repurposing the recording into articles, clips, and emails. Webinar support is planned for Q3 2026; initial focus is LinkedIn and email content scale.
Review content performance data (LinkedIn analytics, email metrics, website traffic) and provide recommendations on what is working and what needs adjustment. Use data to inform editorial decisions and iterate on messaging and format.
• Strong English writing and editing skills
• Ability to extract sharp, useful content from expert interviews
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to maintain a consistent brand voice
• Experience writing for LinkedIn, email, and long-form website content
• Comfort using AI tools as part of a disciplined content workflow
• Ability to work from strategic messaging frameworks rather than writing generic content
• Strong organizational discipline to manage deadlines, content calendars, and approvals
• Comfort reading and interpreting content performance data (LinkedIn analytics, email engagement metrics, website traffic)
• Ability to quickly learn context across different service areas and create relevant, targeted content for multiple audiences
• Experience in healthcare, healthcare finance, revenue cycle, compliance, or regulated B2B sectors (plus but not limited to)
• Familiarity with webinar moderation, post-event repurposing, and managing live content delivery
• Experience supporting expert-led thought leadership platforms
• Experience translating technical or financial topics into commercially useful content
• Experience creating marketing and sales support materials for service-based businesses
This is not a social media coordinator role and not a generic copywriter role. You are an editorial operator who can take complex subject matter, shape it into authority-building content, and maintain quality and consistency across channels. You need strong judgment to know what not to publish, because Walters explicitly rejects generic AI content and weak service promotion. You must also be versatile enough to support internal teams with practical marketing and sales materials. Finally, you must have real experience in healthcare or regulated sectors, so you understand the context you are writing in.
This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and the Managing Partner. The Marketing Manager owns strategy, planning, and quality control. The Content & Communications Specialist owns content execution at scale and helps make the authority engine sustainable.
