About the Role:
We’re looking for a Travel Sales Representative to own warm leads through the full sales cycle. You’ll engage prospects across phone, email, text, live chat, and social channels, and collaborate with the sales team and sales leadership to improve conversion and hit team goals. This role requires someone warm, relatable, highly responsive, organized, and flexible with schedule and workflow changes.
You Will:
Own leads from initial outreach through follow-up and close.
Handle high-volume outbound engagement with warm leads.
Respond to inbound inquiries and guide prospects toward the right travel option and timing.
Follow up across calls, texts, emails, social media, and live chat.
Track activity and pipeline updates in the CRM.
Work toward high daily activity volume, around 300 contacts per day across channels.
Collaborate with teammates to support shared results, including coverage during time off when needed.
About You:
Your Background:
3–5 years of experience in high-volume B2C sales.
Experience owning a high-activity pipeline and managing follow-up consistently.
CRM experience required; HubSpot is a plus.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable working remotely and independently with high responsiveness.
Warm, relatable, and empathetic communication style.
Able to work Mountain or Pacific Time Zone hours, with some weekend flexibility.
Nice to Have:
Experience in structured high-volume sales environments such as credit card, telecom, or similar.
HubSpot experience.
Experience with travel sales or older adult customer segments.
Aircall familiarity.
Schedule flexibility for a fast-growth environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: $2,500–$3,200 USD/month + performance-based annual bonus
Bonus: Up to one month’s salary based on performance; team-oriented rather than straight commission.
Equipment: Candidate should start with their own equipment; company may provide up to $1,000 toward a computer at the 6-month mark.
