They're looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve internal systems, streamline operations, and drive technology solutions across their Fulfillment organization. About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of operations, technology, and business. You'll work closely with operational leaders, software engineers, Salesforce administrators, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, managing internal technology initiatives, and driving projects from concept through implementation. Your primary focus will support the Post Project Management organization while partnering closely with Field Install Operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead multiple cross-functional technology and operational initiatives simultaneously.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Coordinate development efforts with internal software engineering and technology teams.
- Manage project roadmaps, priorities, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Support Salesforce administration, including reporting, dashboards, workflow improvements, user management, and declarative configuration.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and change management activities.
- Create process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and implementation guides.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and provide executive-ready updates on milestones, risks, and blockers.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve internal systems, operational visibility, and overall customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Technical Project Management, Business Systems, Business Analysis, or similar roles.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of process improvement and operational workflows.
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams.
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or other enterprise business systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth environment where priorities evolve.
Preferred Background
- Experience with Salesforce, Field Service, or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience with APIs, systems integrations, or enterprise applications.
- Experience supporting operations, fulfillment, logistics, or field service organizations.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, PMP, or CAPM certifications are a plus.
