At Near, we connect top talent in Latin America with exciting remote opportunities at U.S.-based companies. Our mission is to create better lives by fostering a remote work culture that transcends borders.
About the Company:
Our client is a Miami-based wealth management boutique serving high-net-worth families with advice across investing, taxes, retirement, insurance, and lifestyle planning. The firm has been operating for around 30 years, has a team of 7 including 4 advisers, and has grown primarily through word-of-mouth. They are now focused on increasing visibility, strengthening thought leadership, and attracting more qualified inbound prospects.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who is a hands-on marketing generalist and can fully own execution across the function. You’ll work directly with the owner/CEO to drive website updates, content strategy, LinkedIn posting, email campaigns, marketing materials, event coordination, and broader communication initiatives. This role requires someone highly proactive, organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small-business environment.
You Will:
Own website and content updates as a top priority.
Develop and execute content strategy across blogs, articles, LinkedIn, and marketing collateral.
Create presentations, brochures, and other prospect- and client-facing materials.
Sit with advisers regularly to capture ideas, draft content, and manage posting on LinkedIn after internal approval.
Support SEO and AI optimization efforts with practical familiarity, without needing deep paid-media specialization.
Run email campaigns and broader client/prospect communication workflows.
Coordinate event logistics including registration, venue coordination, attendee tracking, and follow-up.
Help explore video content initiatives such as YouTube or similar formats.
Manage multiple priorities independently and execute without a larger internal marketing team.
Work within a regulated environment where all external content must go through an approval process.
About You:
Your Background:
Strong experience as a marketing generalist, with the ability to own several marketing functions directly.
Experience with websites, content, marketing materials, email campaigns, and LinkedIn execution.
Familiarity with SEO and AI optimization.
Experience in small businesses or lean teams, with comfort wearing multiple hats.
Strong project management and execution skills.
Comfortable operating in a structured, approval-heavy, regulated environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working closely with advisers and leadership.
Self-directed, hands-on, and able to move initiatives forward without heavy oversight.
Nice to Have:
Experience with non-digital marketing responsibilities such as event planning and logistics.
Experience creating or coordinating video content.
Background in project management that can translate into event and campaign coordination.
Experience supporting thought leadership or trust-based professional services brands.
