About the Role
Recycle Away is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales & Business Development Representative to build and execute a comprehensive outbound strategy focused on generating qualified opportunities from our existing customer base, historical relationships, digital engagement, and high-potential target accounts.

Segment and prioritize opportunities based on account history, engagement, potential value, industry, timing, and likelihood to purchase.
Reengage Existing and Historical Customers

Identify the right contacts within those organizations and develop targeted outreach based on the specific business trigger.
Convert Digital Engagement into Sales Conversations

3+ years of outbound sales, business development, account development, or lead-generation experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
Demonstrated ability to research accounts, identify decision-makers and business triggers, and develop personalized reasons for outreach.
Experience reengaging dormant customers and developing additional opportunities within existing accounts.

Comfort using AI tools Claude or Gemini to save time and identify opportunities
Highly organized and persistent, with strong follow-through and the ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts and prospects.
