About the Role:
We're looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of website tracking across a large portfolio of client websites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, has hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, and wants to continue developing their expertise in digital analytics.
You'll collaborate with Marketing Performance, Paid Media, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure tracking implementations remain accurate, troubleshoot issues as websites evolve, and help improve internal processes related to analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and validate GA4 events and conversion tracking.
Configure and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers across multiple client websites.
Troubleshoot website tracking issues and resolve broken implementations.
Update GTM triggers and validate events using GTM Preview Mode and GA4 DebugView.
Support Google Consent Mode implementations and troubleshoot Consent Management Platforms such as OneTrust, Cookiebot, and Termly.
Validate conversion tracking across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.
Assist with CRM and call tracking integrations.
Document tracking implementations, troubleshooting processes, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual work, and enhance tracking quality.
Collaborate closely with Marketing Performance, Paid Media, Product, and Engineering teams.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
1+ year of experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Experience troubleshooting website tracking and conversion tracking issues.
Familiarity with Google Consent Mode.
Experience using GTM Preview Mode and GA4 DebugView.
Basic understanding of HTML and website elements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
Experience supporting multiple websites or multiple client accounts.
Familiarity with CallRail or similar call tracking platforms.
Experience with Looker Studio.
Basic JavaScript knowledge.
Experience with CRM integrations.
Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
Experience documenting processes and creating internal documentation.
Interest in automation and AI tools to improve productivity.
Full-time and Remote: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST.
Fully remote opportunity with a U.S.-based company.
