They partner with hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare organizations to create clinical rotation opportunities and develop reliable talent pipelines for the healthcare industry.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Sales Representative to own a full-cycle partnership pipeline focused on hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare organizations. You’ll drive outreach from first cold contact through signed affiliation agreements, partnership launch, and ongoing relationship management, while collaborating closely with internal teams across sourcing, operations, and related functions. This role requires someone who is commercially sharp, persistent, relationship-driven, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-growing environment.
You Will:
Own a full-cycle clinical partnership pipeline from cold outreach through signed agreements and handoff/implementation support.
Cold call hospitals and imaging centers to develop new partnerships.
Research target organizations and contacts using Google and other tools.
Manage daily activity inside the company’s internal CRM, including calls, notes, and follow-up.
Send emails, create documents, and coordinate internally to move partnerships forward.
Build relationships with healthcare organizations that can host students for clinical rotations.
Support both new partnership creation and growth of existing relationships over time.
About You:
Your Background:
Previous experience in full-cycle sales, including cold calling and closing.
Experience managing outbound outreach and moving opportunities from first contact to signed agreement.
Strong spoken and written English, with clear and fluent communication for calls with healthcare executives.
Comfortable working inside a CRM and keeping records organized.
Experience working U.S. business hours (flexible within EST/CST) in a remote environment.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts.
Team-oriented and comfortable collaborating cross-functionally.
