About Our Client:
Our client is a growing real estate investment company based in the United States that acquires, renovates, and manages residential properties. They are looking for a highly organized professional to support the financial and operational side of the business while helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Senior Finance & Operations Coordinator to oversee the company's day-to-day financial operations while supporting business operations and executive priorities. Approximately 85% of the role focuses on financial operations, reporting, and transaction management, while the remaining responsibilities involve operational coordination and executive support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with numbers, communicating confidently in English, and taking ownership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage invoices, bills, and financial transactions
- Process payments and wire transfers while ensuring vendors and contractors are paid accurately and on time
- Track project expenses and prepare financial reports using Excel
- Monitor spending and identify discrepancies or potential overspending
- Prepare and submit loan applications and supporting documentation
- Maintain organized financial records and reporting spreadsheets
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Research and source contractors or vendors when needed
- Handle operational and administrative tasks that support the business owner
- Communicate regularly with the founder regarding financial updates, projects, and operational priorities
- Assist with process improvements and day-to-day operational problem-solving
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in finance, operations, executive support, accounting, office management, business operations, or similar roles
- Strong experience managing financial operations, including invoices, payments, expense tracking, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Experience working with spreadsheets and financial data with exceptional accuracy
- Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, with clear and professional communication
- Ability to communicate confidently with executives, contractors, and vendors
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and accountability
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in real estate or construction is a strong plus, but not required
