Digital Marketing Project Manager
Remote (Latin America-based)
Compensation: $3,000 to $4,000 USD/month
Full-time, East Coast / Central / Mountain hours, Contractor
Tech Stack: Asana, Slack, AI tools, Google Workspace
At Near, we connect top talent in Latin America with exciting remote opportunities at U.S.-based companies. Our mission is to create better lives by fostering a remote work culture that transcends borders.
About the Company:
Our client is a growing B2B digital marketing agency helping tech and SaaS businesses execute high-quality marketing initiatives across multiple channels. They work as a collaborative remote team and are building a strong operational foundation to support fast growth. With innovation, accountability, and adaptability at their core, they are creating efficient, high-quality delivery for modern B2B marketing programs.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Project Manager who combines operational excellence with strong communication and a proactive mindset. You’ll manage multiple digital marketing projects across B2B tech and SaaS accounts and collaborate with account managers, designers, copywriters, strategists, and media stakeholders to keep deliverables on track, on budget, and moving efficiently. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and comfortable taking initiative without waiting for direction.
You Will:
Manage multiple concurrent client projects across B2B tech and SaaS accounts.
Build and own schedules, work-backs, budgets, and project timelines from launch date backward.
Own project financials: track spend and burn, flag scope changes and their cost impact, and report on budget health.
Direct designers, copywriters, strategists, and other internal team members, setting priorities and sequencing rather than scheduling work someone else has already prioritized.
Partner closely with account managers, who own the client relationship, while owning execution from kickoff through delivery.
Communicate proactively with internal teams and hold client-facing conversations with confidence.
Support paid media workflows through budget reconciliation and collaboration with the media strategist.
Own project tracking and workflow management in Asana.
Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve efficiency in day-to-day project management work.
About You:
Your Background:
+5-7 years of project management experience, ideally at a digital marketing or creative agency.
Currently doing the project management work yourself, rather than overseeing a team of PMs or Account Managers.
Strong experience managing digital marketing deliverables such as ABM campaigns, ebooks, landing pages, and strategic marketing initiatives. Your experience should span formats rather than being concentrated in only website builds or only advertising campaigns.
Experience owning budgets, not just tracking hours: building them, reporting on them, and managing scope changes against them.
Strong proficiency in Asana; this is a key requirement.
Curious about AI and actively experimenting with it in your workflow. We do not expect you to have built agents or internal tools, though that is a bonus.
Comfortable in a pure project management role rather than a hybrid account/project role.
Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a distributed, English-speaking environment.
Self-directed, proactive, and able to drive projects forward independently.
Detail-oriented, organized, and effective at building strong working relationships.
Nice to Have:
Experience with B2B tech or SaaS clients.
Experience in agency environments rather than in-house corporate teams.
Familiarity with paid media workflows, even if not directly managing campaign execution.
A positive, outgoing attitude and a team-first mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: $3,000 to $4,000 USD/month
Benefits: Flexible remote work setup
