We’re a small, fast-moving Amazon advertising agency built by ex-Amazon employees. We’ve managed some of the biggest brands on the planet, but we’re not a corporate machine. We’re scrappy, strategic, and obsessed with performance.
We live in the details of Sponsored Ads, we experiment a lot, and we scale brands that actually matter. If you love the thrill of solving problems and having ownership over your work, this is your home.
We don’t believe in endless meetings or micromanagement. With that being said, this is not an easy job and we’re looking for someone that is excellent at what they do.
You write weekly and monthly business reviews that explain why an account moved, not just that it moved, and every review ends with a written action plan: what we will do, by when, and what result we expect.
You build budget and media strategies. You can defend with data how much budget goes where, and you track performance against your own plan.
You optimize Sponsored Ads accounts against the client's goals: pulling spend back from underperforming products and targets, scaling spend into what's working, and backing every move with data.
At any point in the month, you know whether each of your accounts is pacing to budget and goal, and you flag pacing problems before the client notices them.
You manage your task load ranked by expected impact on the account. For any task on your list, you can state in one or two sentences why it matters and what business result it should produce.
You will work within our proprietary ads management software
2+ years of hands-on experience running Amazon PPC campaigns across multiple brands.
Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working in bulk sheets for large scale edits and reporting.
Working fluency with PPC tools like Helium 10 and Data Dive to guide keyword and campaign decisions.
Clear, confident written and verbal English. You will communicate directly with the accounts you manage in writing and on calls.
Data-driven, curious, and proactive, you don't wait for instructions, you look for impact.
We work within Slack & Monday for communication, project and task management.
