Our client is building a leading financial structure and visibility firm focused exclusively on Home Health and Hospice providers in the United States. Rather than operating as a traditional CPA firm, they help healthcare organizations improve revenue flow, financial visibility, and operational performance by identifying structural issues and implementing long-term financial solutions.
We are looking for a Paid Media & Growth Operator to take ownership of paid acquisition and growth initiatives across multiple business lines. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for optimizing campaigns, improving lead generation performance, expanding acquisition channels, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager while owning day-to-day execution and optimization across digital marketing efforts.
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple accounts, with a focus on lead quality, cost per acquisition, and ROAS.
Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations based on data.
Test and expand new paid acquisition channels, including Bing, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Execute email marketing campaigns and coordinate A/B testing initiatives.
Support LinkedIn outreach and paid social campaigns.
Implement on-page SEO improvements and basic technical SEO optimizations.
Maintain accurate tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion events.
Analyze marketing performance across channels and provide actionable recommendations.
Identify funnel bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates.
Collaborate with the Content & Communications Specialist on campaign execution, landing pages, and messaging.
Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads Search campaigns.
Proven experience in B2B lead generation.
Experience optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics and business outcomes.
Solid understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
Practical knowledge of SEO, including on-page optimization and technical fundamentals.
Experience managing multiple campaigns or accounts simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience with Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid acquisition channels.
Experience with email marketing and A/B testing.
Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Experience in healthcare, home health, hospice, financial services, SaaS, or professional services.
You'll report directly to the Marketing Manager, partnering closely with the Content & Communications Specialist to execute growth initiatives and continuously improve marketing performance.
