This is a key administrative position responsible for processing permits, HOA approvals, and interconnection applications. The role requires regular communication with external agencies and organizations, and may involve customer interactions. You will also support the resolution of basic technical issues.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can multitask effectively, adapt to new challenges, and support cross-functional coordination with precision and attention to detail.
Manage a variety of administrative tasks, including processing documentation such as permits, HOA approvals, and interconnection applications.
Maintain clear, proactive communication with external agencies and organizations.
Serve as a point of contact for customer interactions, providing timely support and resolution.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues as needed.
Experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar role.
Excellent written and digital communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude to build trust with sales representatives.
Ability to adapt to change and learn new technologies quickly.
Effective time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation in USD: $12,000 – $18,000 per year
