About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a growing engineering team and help build the technology that powers critical business operations. This role combines software development with data engineering responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full stack while also building scalable data solutions.

You will collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop new features, improve existing systems, and build data pipelines that support business intelligence and product growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly autonomous, and comfortable providing technical recommendations based on data insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and processing.
• Clean, validate, and prepare data for model ingestion and analytics initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making.
• Manage database migrations and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Monitor application and data infrastructure performance and implement improvements.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and recommend enhancements based on behavioral and operational data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across applications, databases, and data pipelines.

Skills

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Professional experience with Python or Golang.
• Solid understanding of backend development, APIs, and database design.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Terraform.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.
• Experience with Airflow.
• Background working in fintech environments.
• Exposure to cloud-based infrastructure and modern DevOps practices.
