Remote (LATAM-based)
Compensation: $1,500 - $2,000 USD/month + Bonus structure
Full-time Pacific time hours, Contractor.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) with exceptional spoken English and strong cold outreach instincts. You’ll spend most of your time on outbound prospecting, especially cold calls, and help generate leads across multiple U.S. professional service industries. This role requires someone confident, persuasive, resilient, and comfortable working in a high-volume outbound environment.
You Will:
Conduct high-volume cold outreach, primarily through cold calling.
Support lead generation through cold email and other outbound channels.
Engage prospective customers across industries such as real estate, healthcare, consulting, accounting, legal, dental, and insurance.
Track outreach activity using Pipedrive.
Participate in role plays, call assessments, and live performance evaluations during the hiring process.
Help drive pipeline growth through consistent outbound execution.
About You:
Your Background:
Experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar cold outreach role.
Strong cold calling ability and a compelling phone presence.
Near-native or minimal-accent English required.
Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based prospects.
Familiarity with CRMs such as Pipedrive is a plus.
Strong communication skills, confidence, and resilience.
Able to thrive in a performance-oriented startup environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience selling into U.S. professional services businesses.
Experience with cold email and multichannel outbound outreach.
Familiarity with sales role plays and work trial environments.
Strong adaptability and willingness to move fast.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: $1,500 - $2,000 USD/month + Bonus structure
