About the Company:
Our client is an innovative B2B agency helping mid-market technology companies grow through digital strategy, demand generation, websites, HubSpot consulting, and connected go-to-market systems. They work as a global team across the US, UK, and Europe to help clients turn complexity into clarity, improve conversion performance, and drive more predictable business growth. With innovation and collaboration at their core, they are transforming how B2B companies approach digital strategy in an increasingly AI-native world.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Strategist who combines strategic depth with strong client-facing confidence. You’ll lead discovery, shape digital growth strategy, and translate client goals, positioning, and audience insights into website, SEO, UX, CRO, and demand generation recommendations. You’ll collaborate with designers, content teams, and implementation partners to create conversion-focused digital strategies that help B2B technology clients grow. This role requires someone who is consultative, analytical, proactive, and comfortable owning high-level strategic work in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment.
You Will:
- Lead client discovery calls to understand business goals, audience insights, differentiation, and growth opportunities
- Translate client positioning into demand generation and website strategy
- Develop information architecture, user journeys, and conversion-focused website recommendations
- Guide clients on SEO, AEO, UX, CRO, and content strategy
- Conduct website, content, UX, and SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure strategy is reflected in final outputs
- Advise clients on HubSpot strategy, implementation, utilization, and optimization
- Create keyword-informed strategic recommendations and growth plans
- Help clients understand how to improve digital performance through structured, measurable strategy
- Contribute strategic thinking at the intersection of AI, go-to-market strategy, and revenue growth
- Use modern tools and workflows to improve efficiency, insight generation, and strategic execution
About You:
Your Background:
- 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, demand generation, website strategy, UX, CRO, content strategy, or related B2B marketing work
- Ideal profile is closer to 8–10 years of experience, though strong 5–7 year candidates will be considered
- Deep knowledge of client discovery, digital strategy, website architecture, user journeys, conversion optimization, and search-driven planning
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, especially within mid-market technology environments
- Strong HubSpot experience; candidates without HubSpot background would need to be exceptional
- Experience collaborating across design, content, and implementation teams
- Strong understanding of how UX, CRO, SEO, and messaging work together to drive business growth
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable in a distributed, English-speaking, client-facing environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable owning strategic conversations with clients
- Able to thrive in ambiguity and bring structure, insight, and strategic clarity to complex client needs
Nice to Have:
- Agency experience
- HubSpot certifications
- Experience with AI tools, Custom GPTs, LLM-based workflows, and automation platforms
- Experience with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, FigJam, Scrunch, Zapier, Make, or Pipedream
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance concepts such as GDPR, CCPA, or SOC 2
- Degree in UX Design, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience presenting strategy or training non-technical client stakeholders
