We’re hiring a Senior Paid Media Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team, focused on executing and optimizing multi-channel paid media strategies. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly analytical, and experienced in managing a high volume of accounts in an agency environment.
Beyond campaign execution, we're looking for someone with a strong strategic mindset who can independently analyze performance, diagnose issues across platforms, identify optimization opportunities, and make thoughtful, data-driven recommendations that support client goals. This is a non-client-facing role, working closely with Account Managers and internal teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Own and execute paid media strategy across Google Ads, Programmatic Display, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok, with a primary focus on driving qualified lead generation.
Build, launch, and continuously optimize high-performing campaigns aligned with client objectives.
Independently analyze campaign performance, identify trends, diagnose issues, and proactively recommend strategic optimizations.
Translate client business goals into effective paid media strategies and optimization recommendations.
Evaluate campaign performance against business objectives and recommend alternative approaches when client requests may not align with expected outcomes.
Set up, audit, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate attribution across campaigns.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure tracking infrastructure is properly implemented and maintained.
Present strategic insights and optimization recommendations internally to Account Managers, who communicate directly with clients.
Analyze performance data across platforms, identify opportunities, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support full-funnel marketing initiatives.
Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and digital advertising best practices.
Support QA initiatives and process improvements to ensure campaign accuracy and operational excellence.
Successfully manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads across multiple campaign types, including Performance Max.
5+ years managing Meta campaigns through Meta Business Suite, with exposure to TikTok Ads.
5+ years of experience managing Programmatic Display campaigns; experience with Xandr is a strong plus.
Strong experience setting up, auditing, and troubleshooting conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, including triggers, tag firing, data layers, and debugging attribution issues.
Solid working knowledge of GA4, key events, UTMs, conversion tracking, attribution, and paid media measurement best practices.
Deep understanding of how different paid media channels work together to drive performance and qualified lead generation.
Demonstrated ability to independently own campaigns from execution through optimization with minimal oversight.
Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign performance, diagnose issues, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations.
Experience translating business goals into actionable paid media strategies.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and shifting priorities within a high-volume agency environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment with clear KPIs and performance expectations.
Experience in lead generation campaigns (rather than exclusively eCommerce) is strongly preferred.
Previous paid media agency experience is required. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities, and thriving in a high-volume agency environment.
Schedule: full time 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday PST
