About the Role:

Farrell Insulation, a leader in the home efficiency and weatherization industry, is seeking a WPO Creator (Estimator) to help homeowners and businesses take meaningful steps toward a more sustainable and energy-efficient future.
As a WPO Creator, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities for improvement in Weatherization, HVAC, Appliance, and Health & Safety measures. The WPO Creator (Estimator) plays a key role in ensuring Farrell Insulation’s projects are set up for success from the very beginning. You’ll review job site photos, analyze project details, and align funding sources to provide high-quality service while helping homeowners and businesses meet their energy efficiency goals. Your role will be central to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless execution across our weatherization and efficiency programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Photo Analysis & Opportunity Identification:
- Carefully review job site images to identify Weatherization, HVAC, Appliance, and Health & Safety (H&S) opportunities.
- Document findings and ensure all measures align with program requirements and funding guidelines.
Program Funding Allocation:
- Gain a deep understanding of various program funding sources to allocate
- resources appropriately.
- Ensure resources are used efficiently while meeting compliance standards.
Project Setup & Reporting:
- Utilize Google Sheets to track, manage, and report data on program measures, projections, and outcomes.
- Maintain well-organized project records for easy access, compliance, and analysis.
Alignment with Organizational Goals:
- Interpret company goals and projections, using them to align resource allocation for optimal results.
- Suggest process improvements that streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project setup and execution.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to supervisors regarding ongoing projects.
