About the Role
We’re hiring a full-time Video Editor who has experience editing high-quality assets for CTV/linear TV and performance creatives for paid social media. You should have worked with American brands or agencies and understand how to craft content that drives conversions, not just views.
This is a hands-on editing role that interfaces closely with our internal Creative Strategist, collaborating to bring new concepts to life and iterate on top-performing assets using a structured, test-driven creative approach.
What You’ll Do
Edit video ads for CTV, linear TV, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
Collaborate with our Creative Strategist to bring new ideas to life and test creative variables
Handle post-production workflows including cuts, text overlays, sound design, motion graphics, and exports
Work from a creative swimlane testing structure, where you isolate/test specific elements while holding others constant
Turn around edits quickly while maintaining a high-quality standard
Be active and responsive on Slack during EST working hours
Participate in feedback loops, implement revisions fast, and proactively recommend optimizations
Requirements
2+ years of editing experience for American-based brands or agencies
Strong portfolio with examples of CTV/TV-style ads and performance creatives for paid social
Fluent in English (written and spoken); excellent communicator
Proficient in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar) — we care more about results than which tools you use
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven creative environment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable during EST hours
Bonus Points
Experience with direct-response editing frameworks
Familiarity with eCommerce or DTC brand content
Basic understanding of creative performance metrics (CTR, CVR, thumbstop rates)
