About the role
Our client is a B2B U.S.-based company working who is now focused on expanding outreach and increasing sales activity.
To support this growth, they are hiring a dedicated Sales Scheduling/Appointment Setter to collaborate with the internal sales and marketing team to drive qualified meetings that convert into long-term opportunities.
We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Cold Caller who thrives on starting conversations, handling objections, and booking meetings. This is a financially rewarding opportunity. If you're scrappy, persistent, and can generate pipeline through cold outreach, you’ll do very well here.
Make outbound 170 dials daily to potential prospects.
Follow and create scripts and call frameworks to spark interest and book meetings.
Qualify leads quickly and effectively to identify high-potential opportunities.
Keep accurate notes and follow-up tasks in Just Call platform.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to pass on warm leads.
Continuously improve call approach based on feedback and results.
Learn our service offering inside out to speak with confidence.
Stay organized, motivated, and driven by targets.
Excellent spoken English – near-native level.
Previous experience in cold calling or sales development in B2B.
Strong communication skills: clear, persuasive, and engaging on the phone.
Previous experience writing and improving call scripts.
Self-starter with a hunger to meet goals and earn commissions.
Motivated by performance-based pay and career growth.
Previous experience cold calling professional industries and SMBs.
