Overview
Our client is a fast-growing paid media agency specializing in B2B marketing. They partner with innovative companies to drive customer acquisition through high-performing digital campaigns and are looking to hire Paid Media Managers to own client programs end-to-end, from strategy to execution and results.
The Role
As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for your clients and the lead on their paid media programs. You’ll manage day-to-day execution across platforms, ensure campaigns are delivering results, and work directly with clients to shape and evolve their strategies.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Campaign Management: Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of B2B paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads, including basic tracking setup via Google Tag Manager.
Client Relationship Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong direct relationships and translating complex data into strategic recommendations for clients.
Agency Scaling & Infrastructure: Help build the agency’s foundation by creating repeatable processes, playbooks, and templates, while assisting with audits and proposals to support business growth.
Set up, optimize, and manage campaigns to deliver measurable business results.
Analyze performance data and proactively recommend optimizations.
Collaborate internally to ensure creative and messaging align with client goals.
Stay on top of digital advertising best practices, new tools, and industry trends.
Contribute to building the agency’s foundation by helping create repeatable templates, processes, and playbooks.
Support with audits, proposals, and internal projects that enable us to scale effectively.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with 4–12 years of experience in B2B paid media. Experience level will determine whether the individual serves primarily as an account Lead or primarily in a Supporting Role to another Lead. We are actively hiring for both senior and junior roles.
Proven success managing campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
Proven track record of driving successful B2B lead generation campaigns that directly impact pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
Client-Facing Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills with a proven track record of managing client relationships independently.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Comfortable navigating HubSpot (ads tool, reporting, and CRM basics).
Familiar with Google Tag Manager and able to implement basic tracking
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on results.
Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable wearing multiple hats and helping build not just client programs, but the agency itself.
Willingness to go above and beyond—this isn’t a strict 9–5 role, and while we respect work-life balance, the right person is energized by the occasional late-night project or weekend client ping if it means a big opportunity for them and the business.
