About the Role:
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who combines strong outbound execution with consistency, ownership, and a practical, results-driven mindset. You’ll drive high-volume outbound prospecting, generate qualified pipeline, and book meetings with U.S.-based prospects while using automation and AI tools to improve performance and efficiency. This role requires someone who is proactive, disciplined, coachable, and comfortable working in a repetitive, high-cadence outreach environment.
You Will:
- Run high-volume outbound prospecting across email and LinkedIn into U.S.-based accounts
- Write and send cold email sequences to decision-makers
- Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach and social selling
- Generate and qualify leads to build a healthy sales pipeline
- Book qualified meetings and hand them off to the sales team
- Research target industries and tailor messaging for outreach campaigns
- Use automation and AI tools to scale outbound efforts without sacrificing quality
- Continuously test and improve messaging and outreach conversion rates
- Maintain consistent activity and execution across prospecting channels
About You:
Your Background:
- Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting targeting the U.S. market
- Strong knowledge of cold email and LinkedIn outbound workflows
- Experience with repetitive, high-cadence outreach activity
- Familiarity with automation, sequencing, enrichment, and AI-assisted prospecting tools
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working in a distributed, English-speaking environment
- Able to work a shifted schedule with at least 4 hours of overlap with PST/PDT
- Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable
- Comfortable owning your work and maintaining consistent output
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling IT outsourcing, software development services, or engineering staff augmentation
- Exposure to fintech or healthcare-related prospecting
- Strong social selling skills
- Familiarity with AI-native prospecting workflows
- Strong personalization and testing mindset for outbound messaging
