About the Role:
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) — Full Sales Cycle who combines strong outbound execution with closing ability, strategic thinking, and a relationship-driven approach. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from outbound sourcing and discovery through proposal management and closing — while collaborating closely with the founders and internal teams to drive revenue growth in the U.S. market. This role requires someone who is proactive, persistent, commercially sharp, and confident navigating technical sales conversations in a fast-paced environment.
You Will:
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closed deals
- Run customized multichannel outbound campaigns through LinkedIn, cold email, and video outreach
- Prospect into U.S.-based founders, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering
- Follow up on warm leads, referral partners, and company-generated opportunities
- Lead discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, and move deals through the funnel
- Prepare and present commercial proposals tailored to client needs
- Handle pricing and delivery-model objections during the sales process
- Coordinate with internal recruiting and technical teams to support proposal creation and account needs
- Use AI tools and sales platforms to research targets, personalize outreach, and improve prospecting efficiency
- Monitor business triggers such as funding, hiring growth, leadership changes, and tech stack shifts to identify opportunities
- Maintain strong pipeline momentum with persistent, value-driven follow-up
- Support account growth through strategic intelligence and stakeholder mapping
About You:
Your Background:
- 3+ years of experience in IT outstaffing, staff augmentation, or nearshore software development sales targeting the U.S. market
- Proven success in both outbound hunting and contract closing
- Experience in a full-cycle BDR / AE hybrid role
- Strong understanding of technical services sales and ability to discuss SaaS, Cloud, AI/ML, and software development environments
- Comfortable using AI and sales tools daily to optimize workflow and outreach
- Excellent English communication skills, with bilingual or native-level fluency strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for high-stakes client-facing calls
- Comfortable working in a distributed, English-speaking environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly accountable
- Able to thrive in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment
- Strong persistence, grit, and strategic empathy
- Comfortable with quotas, ambiguity, and independent ownership of pipeline
- Stable career history preferred, ideally with longer tenure in previous roles
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling into fintech or healthcare accounts
- Exposure to AI/video-related service offerings
- Strong background in account expansion and account-based intelligence
- Experience using trigger-based selling strategies
- Experience working closely with founders in early-stage sales organizations
