About the Role
As a Junior Marketing & Operations Specialist you'll help support the execution of their day-to-day marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys both creative and operational work, is eager to learn, and thrives in an organized environment.
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations as interns, assistant, or a related role.
Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar.
Exposure to Google Ads and/or Meta Ads (campaign execution or monitoring).
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, or similar.
Basic understanding of marketing automation tools (Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar) is a plus.
Experience creating marketing content using Canva or similar design tools.
Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation range: $1,500 - $1,800 USD per month.
2 weeks of PTO + U.S. holidays.
Fully remote contractor opportunity.
