Our client is a fintech software company helping financial advisors and wealth management firms through a product built for analytics, compliance, and scalable user workflows. They are expanding their engineering team to support growth, new product development, and better customer experiences.
We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who can build thoughtful, polished user-facing experiences in a production environment. You’ll collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, QA, and product stakeholders to build features from scratch, improve frontend quality, and help scale a product used by real customers. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable moving quickly inside a growing product organization.
Build product features using JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend practices.
Develop reusable UI components and enhance existing ones while maintaining consistency.
Connect frontend components to backend APIs and manage data flow cleanly and efficiently.
Build interfaces from scratch using product and design prototypes rather than creating UX direction independently.
Debug bugs, improve usability and reliability, and contribute to frontend quality improvements.
Review code, propose architecture improvements, and reduce frontend technical debt.
Collaborate closely with a designer/UX function and broader engineering team.
Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, React, UI components/design systems, API data flows, and quality testing. Those were the core requirements Akhil confirmed.
Strong experience building responsive, production-grade frontend applications.
Comfortable building from prototypes and shipping user-facing features end to end.
Experience in collaborative engineering teams with code review and Agile workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience in a high-growth company is a key requirement. Candidates should come from software product companies that have gone through scaling and growing structure.
Experience with Redux or similar state management libraries.
Design system experience, including Bootstrap or similar tooling.
Experience with build tools such as Webpack and Babel.
Experience in scaling product teams and structured engineering environments.
