Growth Manager
Compensation: $3,000 to $5,000/month USD (based on experience)

Our US client is a digital marketing agency focused on performance landing pages for DTC brands spending $40k+/month on Meta ads. They help brands convert their ad spend into revenue through landing page strategy, CRO, and systemized execution, not media buying. The founding team previously grew and sold an agency to 30+ team members, and is now building this new business line from the ground up. The team currently has 6 members and is growing quickly.
About The Role
They're hiring a Growth Manager to own landing page strategy for their DTC clients. This is primarily a client management and internal team management role, with very little hands-on execution expected. You won't be running ads. You'll be the strategic link between what's working in the ad account and what needs to happen on the landing page to convert. You'll manage the internal team to execute against your strategy and speak directly with clients spending real budget.
What You'll Do
Own landing page strategy and CRO roadmap for a portfolio of DTC clients
Manage and direct the internal team to build and optimize pages on schedule
Translate ad performance and audience insights into landing page strategy
Run client calls: present strategy, report results, handle questions in real time
Apply internal systems and frameworks consistently across accounts
What You Bring
2+ years leading teams and/or projects
Experience running Meta ads (performance marketing background required)
Background at an advertising agency
Direct experience with DTC brands, required. Experience managing $40k+/month ad accounts, with $100k+/month strongly preferred
Strong client communication skills, comfortable owning the client relationship
Fluent, professional English (spoken and written), client-facing daily
Landing page optimization / CRO experience is a strong plus
