Sales Success Coordinator
Remote (Latin America-based)
Compensation: $1,500–$2,500 USD/month
Full-time, approximately 8am–5pm Eastern Time, Contractor

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Sales Success Coordinator to support sales coaching and recruiting workflows through strong organization, reporting, CRM management, and administrative execution. This is not a sales role. Instead, this person will help keep sales coaches prepared, organized, and accountable by reviewing CRM activity, preparing coaching materials, maintaining records, tracking action items, and supporting follow-up communication.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. You should be confident working behind the scenes, analyzing data, maintaining systems, and ensuring important tasks do not fall through the cracks.
You Will:
Review CRM activity, pipeline health, overdue tasks, stalled opportunities, and sales performance data
Prepare coaching briefings and materials before coaching sessions
Review prior coaching notes and compare actual performance against plans
Observe coaching sessions and document notes, action items, and follow-up items
Maintain coaching records, accountability trackers, and related administrative systems
Coordinate scheduling, follow-up communication, and recap emails
Generate KPI reports, scorecards, dashboards, and performance summaries
Support multiple sales coaches simultaneously and help prioritize competing needs
Help maintain smooth communication across coaching, recruiting, and internal follow-up workflows
Assist with recurring operational and administrative tasks that improve consistency and execution
About You:
Your Background:
2+ years of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, sales operations, virtual assistance, executive assistance, or similar roles
Strong experience with CRM systems
Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills
Experience with reporting, data tracking, and administrative coordination
Excellent written and spoken English, with strong written communication being especially important
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Professional communication skills and comfort supporting distributed teams
Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable — you take ownership of your work
Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and support multiple stakeholders effectively
Nice to Have:
Virtual assistant or executive assistant experience
Sales operations or sales administration experience
Experience supporting sales coaches, recruiters, or client-facing teams
Experience with KPI reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and accountability systems
HubSpot experience
Pipedrive experience
Experience supporting remote teams
Experience with recruiting coordination or client success support
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month
