About the Role
Join as an Accounts Payable Lead and play a key role in building and optimizing a centralized AP function across a growing portfolio of vacation rental businesses.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Process and oversee high-volume Accounts Payable transactions across multiple legal entities.
Review, code, route, and process invoices while ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Support the implementation and centralization of AP processes across newly acquired companies.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and operational efficiency.
Assist with onboarding vendors, collecting W-9s, updating banking information, and maintaining vendor records.
Administer and improve the company's corporate credit card program, ensuring policy compliance and proper documentation.
Collaborate with the AP Manager to document and standardize scalable AP procedures.
Work with internal stakeholders, property managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve AP-related issues.
Support system implementations and integrations involving AP platforms and ERP systems.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a multi-entity, shared services, or high-growth environment.
Experience improving or building AP processes, workflows, or system implementations.
Strong understanding of Accounts Payable best practices and internal controls.
Preferred experience with AP automation tools such as Ramp, Bill.com, Coupa, or similar platforms and with NetSuite or other ERP systems is preferred.
Property management, vacation rental, hospitality, or real estate industry experience is a plus.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to improve workflows is highly desirable.
Advanced English skills
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation range: $2,500–$3,500 USD per month.
Please note that the final salary offer may vary based on the candidate's seniority, specific skill set, and performance throughout the interview process.
