About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing vacation rental property management company that has recently acquired 18 businesses across the U.S. and continues to expand through acquisitions.
About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Specialist you'll work closely with the AP Manager and AP Lead to ensure smooth day-to-day Accounts Payable operations while supporting multiple business entities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices accurately and efficiently across multiple entities.
Review invoice coding and route invoices through approval workflows.
Execute vendor payments while maintaining accurate AP records.
Manage vendor communications and resolve payment-related inquiries.
Assist with administering the corporate credit card program, including receipt collection and policy compliance.
Monitor approval workflows to ensure invoices are processed on time.
Support AP integration efforts for newly acquired companies.
Maintain vendor records and ensure documentation remains current.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve AP operations and resolve issues.
What We're Looking For
1–3+ years of Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes.
Experience with ERP (NetSuite is a plus) or AP platforms.
Familiarity with tools such as Ramp, Bill.com, Coupa, or similar AP systems is a plus.
Property management, vacation rental, hospitality, or real estate experience is a plus.
Advanced English proficiency.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation range: $1,500–$2,000 USD per month.
Please note that the final salary offer may vary based on the candidate's seniority, specific skill set, and performance throughout the interview process.
