Our client is a Dallas-based healthcare provider specializing in pediatric speech and occupational therapy services. The organization operates in a highly collaborative environment, supporting families and children through personalized therapeutic care.
This role will report directly to the Operations Lead and will work closely with administrators and providers across the organization.
The Medical Billing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting insurance billing, claims follow-up, and revenue cycle processes. This is a detail-driven, customer-facing position that requires excellent English communication skills and strong organizational ability.
While prior medical billing experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. Full training will be provided.
This is a full-time, long-term remote position.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST
Submit and track insurance claims
Follow up on unpaid or denied claims
Communicate with insurance companies via phone and email
Coordinate with providers and administrators regarding billing matters
Maintain accurate billing documentation
Support revenue cycle processes and payment reconciliation
Ensure timely and accurate data entry within internal systems
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) — this role involves frequent communication with US-based insurance companies and internal teams
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Customer-service mindset and professional communication style
Stable work history (1.5+ years per role preferred)
Ability to commit long-term and complete a structured training period
Basic knowledge of medical billing or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) terminology
Experience working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
Familiarity with Google Workspace
Adaptability and openness to evolving responsibilities as processes improve and automation is introduced
