About the Company:

Our client is an innovative creative and advertising company focused on producing UGC and partnership ads for client campaigns. They work closely with creators, internal creative strategy, and design teams to deliver high-quality ad assets, with strong attention to creator fit, production quality, and client requirements.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a UGC Content Producer who can source great creators, manage production workflows, and act as the main coordinator between creators and the internal team. You’ll collaborate closely with the creative strategy team to identify talent, communicate scripts and briefs, collect footage, and help ensure finished ad assets meet quality expectations. This role requires someone who is solution-oriented, positive, proactive, and able to move quickly in an urgent hiring process.

You Will:

• Source creators and actors for UGC and partnership ads that fit client talent criteria.
• Maintain and leverage an existing network of quality creators; this is the core of the role.
• Review scripts and partner with creators before shooting to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Manage outreach, communication, and relationships with creators throughout the production cycle.
• Coordinate footage delivery, revisions, and feedback between creators and the internal team.
• Support content execution by helping creators meet quality expectations around lighting, location, and overall production value.
• Join regular check-ins with the creative strategy team to review project progress and deliverables.

About You:

Your Background:

• Experience coordinating content creation, creator campaigns, or UGC production.
• Strong network of creators or influencers in Buenos Aires.
• Based in Buenos Aires, with strong familiarity with the local market and accent requirements for talent selection.
• Excellent English communication skills in a distributed, English-speaking environment.
• Comfortable working independently as the main point of contact for creator coordination.
• Agency background preferred, not required.
• Positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and what makes footage look high quality.
• Editing experience or understanding of post-production workflows.
• Access to useful shooting locations or spaces.
• Ability to present examples of creators you’ve worked with, including videos and available shooting environments.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: $20-30 USD/hour
• Payment method: paid through Wise or PayPal.
• Additional hours may be approved in writing.
• Remote contract role.
