About the Role:
We’re looking for a Conversation Tracking Analyst who combines technical depth with strong ownership and urgency. You’ll manage and execute business intelligence and conversion tracking tasks across multiple client setups, helping move work through the pipeline faster and taking workload off the senior BI lead. This role works closely with Nathan and interfaces at times with account managers and, occasionally, clients for technical discovery or setup conversations. The ideal person is proactive, highly independent, fast-moving, and able to communicate clearly about progress, blockers, and priorities.

Your Background:
3-4+ years of relevant experience as a baseline; more senior candidates are welcome.
Deep knowledge of Google Tag Manager — this is the top priority for the role.
Strong hands-on experience with conversion tracking, technical implementations, and cross-platform troubleshooting.
Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Unbounce, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho CRM.
Comfortable working inside task management systems like Asana.
Excellent communication skills in English, with enough clarity to collaborate internally and occasionally join client-facing calls.
Able to explain technical concepts simply and clearly.
Experience in agencies or other fast-paced, high-volume environments is a strong plus.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset who can jump into tasks quickly and work independently.
Strong accountability, transparency, and communication habits.
Adaptable and curious, with the ability to transfer knowledge from one platform to another.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to learn on the fly as tools and client needs evolve.
