Our client offers creative DIY kits designed to make it easy for beginners to learn a new craft. Their kits come with all the necessary materials, including clear, step-by-step instructions. The focus is on simplifying the learning process, making it accessible to everyone, even those with no prior experience. The company has expanded its offerings and has become well-known for making this hobby approachable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- You’re a thoughtful communicator. You use your words considerately and kindly while getting your point across. You pick up a brand’s voice and understand social nuances. You also have proven examples of connecting with influencers/affiliates of varying backgrounds, styles, and personalities to convert them into brand ambassadors.
- You excel at organizing swarms of information. Wrangling overlapping people, priorities, questions, and data excites you. You find satisfaction in “herding cats” and have a natural ability to bring order to chaos.
- You plan ahead. You’re always thinking two steps ahead and have your head on a swivel to catch every new priority that flies your way. You scope out opportunities on the horizon and create your own plans for capitalizing on them, keeping timelines at the front of your mind at all times.
- You catch every detail. A detailed brief is your bread and butter. You catch the demands of a campaign and communicate them to creators through direct, on-brand instructions. If a deliverable doesn’t match a brief’s every request, you immediately identify what’s wrong, communicate a solution, and push the creative across the finish line.
- You think like a creative strategist. You know that not all content is created equal. You understand the difference between content made to entertain an audience organically and content designed to convert in paid advertising.
Skills:

1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, talent management, or social media marketing

Experience managing multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously

Ability to organically search and source creators & content for paid media purposes

Experience collaborating with paid media teams

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems

Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Airtable, etc.) as well as creating/managing SOPs
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
Compensation Range: $1,800–$2,500 monthly
Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week) | Monday to Friday| Must be available between 11:00 AM–3:00 PM ET for meetings.
