About the Role
The Junior Account Manager will support senior account managers in managing client relationships and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a new role designed to streamline workflows and assist in client request management, primarily focusing on task coordination and quality assurance. While the role does not involve direct client interaction initially, there is potential for growth into a more client-facing position in the future.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior account managers with day-to-day tasks related to client accounts.
- Coordinate client requests and ensure they are processed through the internal ticketing system (JIRA).
- Perform quality checks on deliverables to ensure accuracy before sending them back to senior account managers.
- Prepare reports, updates, and presentations for clients.
- Track project timelines, deadlines, and client requests to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and project statuses.
- Assist in general administrative duties as required by the senior account management team.
Requirements
Must Have
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with JIRA is a plus, but not required).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience in account management or customer service.
- Experience with project management tools and ticketing systems.
