Our client is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer health and wellness supplement brand with a strong subscription model and growing marketplace presence. They operate with lean, high-impact teams across paid media, brand, and ecommerce, and are building out their creative function to support accelerated growth across digital channels.
About the Role
Join our US client as a Graphic Designer embedded in their acquisition and growth team. This is a newly created role reporting to the Director of Acquisition & Growth. You will own the design and production of high-volume digital assets across paid media, email, website, and ecommerce channels, working closely with creative strategists and the broader marketing team. The right candidate understands how design drives performance, not just aesthetics, and is comfortable moving fast, iterating based on data, and leveraging AI tools to increase output without sacrificing quality.
This is a remote, contractor role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design static image ads, banner ads, and digital assets for paid media channels including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with a clear understanding of how design components affect ad performance
- Rapidly iterate on creative assets based on performance data (CTR, CVR, CAC) provided by the creative strategist, translating numbers into design decisions
- Create graphics for brand campaigns across email, social media, blogs, and owned website, adhering to the brand book and maintaining consistency across all touchpoints
- Design infographics, product visuals, and educational content that communicate product benefits and support conversion
- Produce Amazon and marketplace creative that balances performance and brand goals
- Build scalable, reusable templates for ads, emails, social content, landing pages, and marketplace assets to support a high-volume output cadence (40 to 80 assets per month)
- Leverage AI tools and workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, or similar) to increase output volume and quality
- Organize design files and contribute to more efficient creative production workflows
- Create simple motion graphics, GIFs, or short video assets as needed
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in graphic or digital design with a focus on DTC or ecommerce
- Hands-on experience designing for Meta ads with a solid understanding of how static image components impact Facebook/Instagram ad performance
- Strong portfolio of static image ads, including banner ads, email ads, and paid social creative
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, or equivalent tools
- Ability to interpret performance metrics (CAC, LTV, CTR) and apply them to design iterations
- Comfortable working in a high-output, fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times
- Experience with Amazon or marketplace creative is a plus
- Motion graphics or basic video editing experience is a plus
- Prompt engineering skills using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, or similar) are highly preferred
- Experience in CPG or the supplement/wellness space is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken

- Compensation range: $2,000 to $3,000 USD per month, depending on seniority. Final offer may vary based on skill set and performance throughout the evaluation process
