About the Role
As a Video Editor (Direct Response / UGC) you'll help create high-performing video ads that drive measurable business results. You'll work closely with the Paid Performance and Creative teams to transform raw footage into engaging, conversion-focused ads for Meta.

Key Responsibilities
Edit 25+ creative variations per week for Meta (direct-response video ads).
Transform raw footage into engaging UGC-style, mobile-first advertisements.
Create multiple hook, body, and CTA variations to support creative testing.
Follow proven ad structures such as Hook, Problem, Solution, and Call-to-Action.
Use AI-powered tools to improve editing speed, workflow efficiency, and creative output.
Review ad performance data and iterate on creatives based on campaign results.
Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists and the Paid Performance team to develop winning creatives.
Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines while maintaining a strong focus on conversion.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of professional video editing experience creating direct-response, UGC-style, or performance marketing video ads.
Experience editing content for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Strong understanding of video hooks, pacing, subtitles, storytelling, and conversion-focused editing.
Experience using AI creative tools to streamline video production.
Ability to analyze creative performance and apply insights to future edits.
Experience working with DTC, eCommerce, consumer products, or health & wellness brands is highly preferred.
Portfolio showcasing direct-response or UGC advertising work.
Proficient English level.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation range: $2,000–$3,000 USD per month.
Please note that the final salary offer may vary based on the candidate's seniority, specific skill set, and performance throughout the evaluation and interview process.
