About the Role:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who brings strong hands-on experience across local SEO, campaign performance, client communication, and hyper-local marketing strategy. You’ll manage and optimize campaigns for a portfolio of accounts, communicate directly with clients, and collaborate closely with internal leadership, including the CMO, to improve performance and deliver strong results. This role requires someone proactive, confident, analytical, and comfortable owning both execution and client-facing communication.
You Will:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Run hyper-local campaigns focused on specific service areas rather than national reach
- Lead local SEO efforts and apply best practices for B2C service-based businesses
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve results
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve conversion and lead performance
- Communicate with clients in monthly meetings and explain campaign results clearly and confidently
- Monitor dashboards, performance metrics, and tracking setup, including website pixels and analytics
- Support campaign execution across paid media, programmatic advertising, blog content, and website optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and contribute to account growth through strong recommendations
- Work closely with internal stakeholders during onboarding and ramp-up to learn company processes and adapt prior experience to the business model
About You:
Your Background:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment
- Strong experience with local SEO
- Experience launching, managing, and optimizing full-funnel digital campaigns
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing, analytics, and campaign reporting
- Experience managing hyper-local campaigns for B2C service-based businesses
- Comfortable handling a client-facing role with strong spoken and written English
- Able to interpret campaign data, explain results, and provide fact-based recommendations
- Familiar with tools such as HubSpot, Wrike, and Google Analytics
- Professional, proactive, and confident in front of clients
- Strong ownership mindset and able to ramp up quickly in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with home services clients such as HVAC, roofing, or similar industries
- Social media experience
- Programmatic advertising experience
- Experience improving underperforming campaigns and demonstrating impact through metrics such as ROAS or cost per lead
- Experience in service-based, local-market agency environments rather than ecommerce
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: $3,000–$3,500 USD per month
