Is a Canada based company, a Marketing Agency specializing in digital marketing solutions, dedicated to helping B2B SaaS and Technology companies grow their ARR, book more demos, and drive trials through Content, SEO, and Paid Search.
About the role
As an SEO Strategist, you’ll translate complex SEO, technical, and performance insights into clear business recommendations for B2B SaaS clients. This is a client-facing strategic role, not just an execution role. You’ll have the freedom to lead holistic SEO strategies, build strong relationships with SaaS leaders, and help shape how clients approach SEO in an AI-first search landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with B2B SaaS business goals
Lead strategic client communications and quarterly business reviews
Create and present compelling performance narratives that demonstrate ROI
Drive innovation in AI-enhanced SEO strategies
Manage and grow a portfolio of 3-5 enterprise B2B SaaS clients
Build and maintain strong C-level relationships
Lead strategic planning sessions and quarterly business reviews
Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for growth
Guide technical SEO implementation and optimization
Develop and optimize conversion funnels
Integrate GA4 and GTM for enhanced tracking and insights
Implement advanced schema markup strategies
Requirements
3+ years of SEO experience, ideally in an agency or client-facing environment, with at least 1 year supporting B2B SaaS or technology companies with complex sales cycles.
Proven track record of driving organic growth for enterprise clients
Strong portfolio of successful client relationships and retention
Strong written and spoken English is essential, including the ability to explain SEO recommendations clearly, concisely, and confidently to senior client stakeholders.
Strong ability to translate SEO analysis, technical issues, and performance data into clear business narratives for senior stakeholders.
Comfortable leading client conversations, explaining tradeoffs, framing risk, and connecting SEO recommendations to pipeline, revenue, demos, trials, or ARR impact.
Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and analytics
Strong working knowledge of technical SEO, analytics, content strategy, and conversion-focused recommendations. The person does not need to be a developer, but should be able to diagnose issues, explain implications, and guide implementation with clients or technical teams.
Experience with GA4, GTM, and modern SEO tools
