Finance Administrative Coordinator
Remote (Latin America-based)
Compensation: $1,600–$1,800 USD/month
Full-time, U.S. hours, Contractor

About the Company:
Our client is Century Restaurants, a multi-location restaurant business that manages ongoing finance and administrative operations across vendors, stores, and landlord relationships. The company needs strong operational support to keep documentation organized, reporting on track, and month-end processes moving efficiently.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Finance Administrative Coordinator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicating directly with vendors. This is an admin-first support role, not a bookkeeping role. You’ll handle day-to-day paperwork, vendor coordination, reporting support, and data-gathering, while working closely with both the hiring manager and the bookkeeper. This role requires someone proactive, reliable, and comfortable juggling recurring processes, follow-ups, and ad hoc administrative support in a fast-moving environment.
You Will:
Collect, organize, and file vendor and store-level documents, including invoices, rent notices, utility bills, and store reports
Pull recurring reports from store/POS and vendor systems for month-end use
Support AP administration by tracking invoice status, routing approvals, and following up on outstanding items
Contact vendors directly to resolve payment issues, including short-pays, duplicate charges, and missing remittance
Gather and package month-end data requests from the hiring manager and bookkeeper
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, ad hoc research, and special projects
Navigate Sage Intacct and Bill.com at a lookup/routing level, with no data entry required
Support quarterly and yearly government reporting
Prepare sales reporting for landlords
Assist with other administrative reports and applications as needed
About You:
Your Background:
Experience in administrative support, finance operations support, AP support, or similar coordination roles
Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
Comfortable learning and navigating new systems at a lookup/routing level
Strong spoken and written English
Comfortable joining live calls during U.S. business hours
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Confident and professional when communicating directly with vendors
Comfortable taking direction from two stakeholders: the hiring manager and the bookkeeper
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting restaurant, franchise, or multi-location businesses
Prior remote experience supporting U.S.-based finance or operations teams
Familiarity with store-level reporting and vendor coordination workflows
