Our client is an early-stage consumer products company building multiple brands in the health, wellness, and longevity space. The business has already launched two brands, with two more currently in development, and has experienced significant growth through affiliate marketing—primarily on X (Twitter). They're now expanding their team to support this growth by hiring experienced professionals who thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Our client is looking for an X Influencer & Affiliate Manager to lead and scale one of their most important growth channels.
This is not a traditional influencer marketing role. Instead, you'll own the day-to-day management and strategic direction of a growing affiliate program, working with creators who promote products through revenue-sharing partnerships.
You'll oversee an existing affiliate operation, manage two VAs supporting outreach and administrative tasks, nurture relationships with top-performing affiliates, and help scale the program as the company launches new brands.
The ideal candidate has experience building or scaling affiliate programs from an early stage, enjoys working directly with founders, and knows how to combine relationship management with operational excellence.
Own and manage the company's affiliate program.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and affiliates.
Manage high-value affiliate partners and ensure an excellent partner experience.
Oversee two VAs responsible for outreach and operational support.
Help define affiliate strategy, processes, and best practices.
Coordinate affiliate onboarding, communication, and payments.
Monitor affiliate performance and identify growth opportunities.
Identify new creators and partnership opportunities across social media platforms, with a primary focus on X (Twitter).
Collaborate closely with the founders to scale the affiliate channel across multiple brands.
3+ years of experience managing affiliate, partnership, or influencer marketing programs.
Experience building or scaling affiliate programs from an early stage.
Experience managing a large affiliate network (ideally 100+ affiliates).
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Experience leading projects or small teams.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience in DTC e-commerce or consumer brands.
Experience working with Shopify or affiliate management platforms.
Experience within supplements, health, wellness, nutrition, or biohacking.
Experience managing creator or influencer partnerships on X (Twitter).
Familiarity with revenue-share affiliate programs.
Full-time.
Monday to Friday.
Approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time (flexible within standard business hours).
Fully remote position.
Unlimited PTO.
Work directly with the founders in a fast-growing startup.
