Our client is a fast-growing eCommerce growth agency that helps direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands scale through data-driven marketing, conversion rate optimization, and performance-focused creative strategies. They partner with consumer brands to optimize customer acquisition, improve conversion rates, and drive sustainable revenue growth through a combination of paid media, landing page optimization, and funnel development.
About the Role:
Join our client’s growing team as a Paid Media Buyer and play a key role in managing and scaling paid acquisition efforts across multiple consumer brands. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you'll be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Meta and Google Ads while collaborating closely with Growth Strategists, Creative teams, and leadership.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, enjoys analyzing data, and has experience managing significant advertising budgets for eCommerce brands. This is an exciting opportunity to own campaign execution and directly impact client growth.
Note: This is a remote, contractor role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROAS, CPA, and customer acquisition metrics.
Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability targets.
Collaborate with Growth Strategists to develop acquisition strategies and testing roadmaps.
Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Launch, monitor, and refine audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
Coordinate with creative teams to test and iterate ad creatives and messaging.
Prepare performance reports and communicate campaign insights to internal stakeholders.
Stay up to date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices in paid media.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across media buying processes and workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Experience working with eCommerce, Shopify, DTC, or consumer brands.
Demonstrated experience managing advertising budgets of $100,000+ USD per month.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and conversion rate optimization.
Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience scaling paid acquisition campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient English level.
Nice to Have:
Agency experience.
Experience working with Shopify brands.
Familiarity with landing page testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Experience collaborating with creative strategy teams.
