About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative who thrives in outbound prospecting, enjoys building relationships through email communication, and has a strong ability to generate opportunities through strategic outreach.
You will play a key role in identifying potential brand partners, initiating conversations, managing outreach campaigns, and supporting sponsorship negotiations.
You will work closely with the company's founder and operations team while helping drive revenue opportunities for a roster of content creators across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute high-volume outbound email campaigns to prospective brand partners.
Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers for outreach.
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists across multiple industries and verticals.
Personalize outreach messaging to improve engagement and response rates.
Manage ongoing email conversations with prospective sponsors and partners.
Track outreach activities, responses, and pipeline progress within company systems.
Support sponsorship and partnership negotiations through written communication.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align outreach efforts with creator goals and campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, account executive, or partnership-focused roles.
Strong experience with cold email outreach and pipeline generation.
Proven ability to consistently meet outbound activity targets and generate qualified opportunities.
Experience researching prospects and identifying decision-makers.
Excellent written communication and persuasive email-writing skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms.
Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
Experience in influencer marketing, media, advertising, sponsorship sales, partnerships, talent management, or related industries is highly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation range: $2,500 – $3,500 USD per month + commissions
Please note that the final salary offer may vary based on the candidate’s seniority, specific skill set, and performance throughout the evaluation and interview process.
