About the Role
We’re looking for a Billing Specialist to manage customer profiles, project setup, and billing operations with precision and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to work across teams and manage documentation at scale. You’ll play a key role in a growing program and have the opportunity to help build and improve billing systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update customer profiles in the CRM, ensuring accuracy
• Set up and configure projects with correct documentation, pricing, and measurements
• Generate and send invoices, investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Organize and upload client and program records for easy access
• Collaborate with project managers and sales to streamline billing workflows
• Analyze and manage spreadsheets using formulas and calculations
• Support the development and rollout of a new billing program
• Identify ways to improve accuracy, efficiency, and data organization

Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or related admin roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with CRMs, billing systems, and spreadsheets
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
