About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Project Coordinator to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will manage battery-only installation projects from start to finish, serving as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects move smoothly through each stage of the process.
This position combines project coordination, customer relationship management, and light sales responsibilities. You'll oversee a portfolio of active projects, track progress, communicate updates to customers, and collaborate with multiple departments to keep installations on schedule.

Note: This is a remote contractor role.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Manage a portfolio of battery installation projects from initiation through completion.
- Review project pipelines daily and track project status, timelines, and installation milestones.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays or roadblocks.
- Ensure projects remain on track and move efficiently through each stage of the process.
Customer Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their project journey.
- Communicate project updates via phone, email, and text messaging.
- Answer customer questions and provide timely resolution to concerns.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining clear expectations regarding timelines and next steps.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with internal departments, including design, operations, and leadership teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Escalate issues when necessary and drive timely resolution.
Pipeline & Workflow Management
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Track project timelines and ensure follow-ups are completed on schedule.
- Manage a high-volume workload while maintaining attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, Account Management, Project Coordination, Operations Coordination, or a related role.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Coachable mindset and willingness to learn.
- Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new software tools.
