About Near

We specialize in helping businesses hire experienced, English-speaking talent across operations, finance, technology, sales, marketing, and other key functions.
About the Client
Our client is a growing U.S.-based property management and services company with multiple business lines across homeowners association management, sales operations, rental management, and related service offerings. The company is expanding how it uses Salesforce across the organization and is looking for a senior Salesforce expert who can help centralize, optimize, and scale its CRM infrastructure.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to take ownership of the company’s Salesforce environment across multiple business lines. This is not a basic Salesforce Admin role. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Salesforce expert who can operate as an architect, developer, CRM owner, and technical problem-solver.
This person will work closely with commercial, sales, operations, finance, marketing, and customer-facing teams to understand business needs, design scalable Salesforce solutions, build and maintain workflows, troubleshoot issues, manage integrations, and ensure the platform supports the company’s growth.
The right candidate should be highly technical, comfortable coding in Salesforce, strong with integrations and APIs, and able to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders. They should be able to move quickly, solve problems independently, and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, configuration, development, and day-to-day quality of the Salesforce platform.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple business lines.
- Develop and optimize workflows, automations, objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues quickly and provide hands-on support when something breaks or needs to be updated.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using APIs and other integration tools.
- Support current and future Salesforce use cases across sales, rental management, service, marketing, and operational workflows.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, ask the right questions, and recommend the best technical approach.
- Translate non-technical business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Provide guidance and pushback when needed to ensure the business is building the right processes and avoiding technical debt.
- Maintain data integrity, reporting accuracy, system performance, and platform scalability.
- Partner with commercial, operations, finance/accounting, marketing, customer care, external vendors, and leadership teams.
- Support HubSpot connections and marketing-related CRM workflows.
- Help document processes, governance standards, and Salesforce best practices.
Must-Have
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience in a technical, development, architecture, or senior tech consulting capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, configuration, and platform ownership.
- Experience coding in Apex and building technical Salesforce solutions with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and connected third-party platforms.
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Flows, automation, reporting, dashboards, objects, and data models.
- Ability to operate as a Salesforce owner, including architecture, development, troubleshooting, and admin-level updates when needed.
- Advanced English level, with strong communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical business stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce-HubSpot connections.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory or similar integration/data tools.
- Experience with PandaDoc or similar document/contract management tools.
- Experience with Zoom, Zoom dialer, or Zoom Revenue Accelerator integrations.
- Experience with Service Cloud.
- Experience working with property management, real estate, HOA, rental management, construction, or multi-business operations.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Application Architect, System Architect, or related credentials.
Benefits and Work Model
- Compensation: USD $4,000 to $6,500 per month, depending on seniority and experience.
- 100% remote
- Schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM CST.
- 10 days PTO + U.S. holidays.
- Long-term contractor opportunity.
If you are a senior Salesforce professional with strong technical skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to own Salesforce end-to-end for a growing U.S. business, we would love to hear from you.
