About the Role:
We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Auditor / AP Specialist to support daily invoice and expense report review. You’ll help ensure payment information is accurate, invoices are correctly mapped, and expense submissions meet internal standards before processing. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work independently while maintaining accuracy in a repetitive, process-driven environment.
You Will:
- Review and audit invoices for accuracy before payment processing
- Audit expense reports and identify issues such as incorrect payment method usage or missing supporting details
- Verify vendor names, invoice numbers, service dates, and banking/payment details
- Match invoice information correctly within the company’s ERP system
- Flag duplicates, unassigned invoices, and processing errors
- Support timely resolution of issues that could delay payments
- Ask questions when needed, but work toward handling routine tasks independently
- Manage moderate to high daily volume across invoices and expenses
About You:
- Experience in accounts payable, invoice auditing, or expense report review
- Familiarity with high-volume processing environments
- Strong attention to detail across invoice data, receipts, and payment information
- Ability to identify discrepancies and follow established review processes
- Experience working in ERP or AP systems (SAP, Concur, Tipalti, Oracle)
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with a remote team
- Self-sufficient and able to manage day-to-day responsibilities independently
- Reliable, consistent, and able to maintain quality over repetitive tasks
