About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Media Optimization Manager with hands-on experience in programmatic advertising to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you’ll execute intricate and complex media campaigns across a range of platforms, including Facebook, Display & Video 360, Amazon, TikTok, Verizon, and Xandr. You will play a key role in optimizing campaigns and driving high-impact results while mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment.
What You’ll Do
Execute audio, display, and video ad campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Facebook, DV360, Amazon, TikTok, Verizon, and Xandr.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies using data-driven insights to maximize results.
Troubleshoot and resolve ad serving issues to ensure campaigns are running smoothly.
Prepare detailed reports on key performance metrics (KPIs), and provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvements.
Collaborate closely with junior managers, offering guidance and support to help them execute their responsibilities efficiently.
Mentor and train junior team members on programmatic advertising strategies, tools, and platforms to improve campaign execution.
What You Bring
2-5+ years of experience in a media agency or digital agency with hands-on experience in programmatic media planning and campaign optimization.
Experience with DSPs such as Facebook Ads, DV360, Amazon, TikTok, Verizon, and Xandr.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot campaign performance issues.
Solid communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
Passion for digital media and new advertising technologies.
Fluent in English (B2+).
