We are seeking a proactive and relationship-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the expansion into a new territory. This role is ideal for a true hunter who thrives in outbound sales environments and enjoys engaging prospects through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
The SDR will be responsible for generating qualified introductory meetings with business owners and CEOs through a structured outbound process. The ideal candidate combines persistence, strong communication skills, and a consultative approach, with a particular strength in cold calling and follow-up conversations.
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Follow established outreach sequences and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
Conduct cold calls and engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations.
Schedule qualified introductory meetings for the sales leader.
Build relationships with business owners, CEOs, and other senior-level stakeholders.
Maintain accurate prospect activity and pipeline records within company systems.
Collaborate with internal team members to support territory expansion initiatives.
Assist with event-related outreach efforts, including driving attendance for executive networking and business events.
Meet weekly meeting-generation and outreach goals
2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or a similar outbound sales role.
Proven experience conducting outbound prospecting through multiple channels.
Strong cold-calling experience and confidence engaging prospects by phone.
Experience interacting with business owners, executives, or senior-level decision-makers.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
Experience selling consulting, coaching, membership, professional services, or relationship-driven solutions.
Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms.
Experience supporting market expansion or territory development initiatives.
Previous exposure to leadership, executive development, or business advisory environments.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm EST time zone.
