Our client is a consumer products company that works closely with international manufacturing partners and customers across multiple markets. They operate in a fast-paced environment focused on production planning, order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and supply chain coordination.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Manager to oversee customer orders from purchase order placement through final delivery. This role serves as the primary point of contact between customers and overseas manufacturers, ensuring orders are produced, shipped, and delivered on time while maintaining excellent customer communication throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from order entry through shipment and final delivery

• Monitor production schedules and ensure orders remain on track

• Coordinate with overseas manufacturers on production timelines, approvals, and shipping schedules

• Review and approve shipping documentation from suppliers

• Provide proactive updates to customers regarding order status and delivery timelines

• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics providers

• Monitor shipment tracking and assist with international shipping requirements

• Resolve production, logistics, quality, and scheduling issues as they arise

• Maintain production reports, shipment records, and open order tracking

• Support management with status reporting and operational updates

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, customer service, order management, administration, purchasing, production coordination, supply chain, or similar operational roles
• Experience working in small to mid-sized companies, where employees take ownership and manage a variety of responsibilities
• Demonstrated job stability, with a track record of long-term tenure and growth within organizations
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and the ability to work comfortably with operational data and tracking tools
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and accountability
• Customer-focused with strong communication and relationship-management skills

Important Note:
Candidates do not need prior manufacturing or supply chain experience to be successful in this role. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, analytical, comfortable working with spreadsheets, and enjoys coordinating multiple moving pieces to keep operations running smoothly.

• Schedule aligned with New York (Eastern Time), approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
