About the Role: We are looking to add an experienced IT Support Specialist to our US client's growing team. This position serves as a primary point of contact for end users requiring technical assistance. The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented with a solid technical foundation and a desire to grow within IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical support requests
- Handle incoming requests via phone, email, and web submissions in a professional and timely manner
- Diagnose and resolve end-user incidents and service requests efficiently
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Deliver high-quality, user-focused support that meets established service expectations
- Participate in on-call rotations, including occasional coverage during weekends or holidays
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in a technical support, help desk, or customer-facing IT role
- Demonstrated ability to resolve Tier 1 technical issues across common enterprise environments, including operating systems, productivity suites, communication tools, mobile devices, and identity management platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient English level
